God spoke the earth and the heaven into existence. He created us in His image and likeness. His Word is powerful. What He says come to pass. This should tell us that our words are powerful too. A great life builder is one who speaks life giving words that come from the heart. Therefore, we must always check our hearts.
Keep your heart with all diligence, For out of it spring the issues of life. Proverbs 4:23 NKJV
