Yes. Not only our voices and noises speak, blood also speaks and stones can cry out.
How can blood speaks? In the old testament bible, the blood of Abel was heard by God (Genesis 4:10). Abel was killed by his brother Cain. I wonder if God only hears the blood of a righteous person. The story of Cain and Abel tells us that God was pleased with Abel but not with Cain. Perhaps, Abel lived a righteous life and that was pleasing God.
WILL YOUR BLOOD SPEAK TO GOD FOR JUSTICE?
How can stones cry out? In the new testament bible, the Pharisees were telling Jesus to stop the people from praising Him in celebration of Palm Sunday (before Passover). Jesus told them that if He stopped the people, the stones will cry out and praise God. (Luke 19:40).

If a righteous blood speaks, then the blood of Jesus speaks. The blood of Jesus speaks FOR those who believe in Him and personally accept Him as Lord and Savior. It speaks of restoration (healing, forgiveness, provision and more). Let us not underestimate the blood of a righteous person especially when shed innocently.
