The winning tickets in life are obtained from reading the living Word of God. Three important verses that can help build a great life.
- Seek First– Matthew 6:33 NKJV (“But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.”) Partnering with God only requires the first (1 out of 10). The rest is ours (9/10). But God must be FIRST. A great life builder is one who recognizes that God knows best and He goes before us. Pray in the morning before you head out is an example of seeking God first.
- Be Still – Psalm 46:10 NKJF (“Be still, and know that I am God; I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth!”) Be still and hear instructions from God. Pray in the morning is an example of being still before we start our day.
- Be willing and obedient – Isaiah 1:19 NKJV (“If you are willing and obedient, You shall eat the good of the land”). Obeying without being willing is halfway. Do both from our mind (will) and our heart (obey).
